In this pandemic situation, we started third semester class today.  Roy sir and Riju sir discussed the theoretical and practical works of this semester with us. It was much informative.

ONLINE WORKSHOP ON STRESS MANAGEMENT As part of second semester curriculum, based on the subject 'EDU 07 Perspective of Learning and Teaching', we conducted an online workshop on Stress management. It was on 18th July 2020. The resource person was Srimathi.Nisha T Mohammed, lecturer, Bhavans Vidhya Mandir, Pathanamthitta. Nisha mam discussed the topics like stress, types of stress, stress management techniques etc. She explained all these things in relation with real life situations. It was so good.

ONLINE WORKSHOP ON E-CONTENT DEVELOPMENT We had an online workshop on e-content development on 15th July, 2020. It was our first online workshop. The resource person was Sri. Naushat A Salim, assistant professor, KUCTE, Kulakada. Google meet was our platform. Naushat sir discussed the following topic with us;  (1) FLIPHTML5  (2) Tes Blendspace  (3) PowerPoint  (4) OpenShot Video Editor  (5) Photoscape Along with the theory section of all this things, sir explained and demonstrated these things to show us 'how can we develop e-content?'

As part of Art Education and Theatre Practice,  we had a workshop on 5th March 2020. It was mentored by Satish S Nair sir, Faculty of  Dept.  of Theatre Art,  Kerala University.  In the fornoon section he gave us informations regarding theatre arts,  mainly about natak.  It was much informative.  In the afternoon section we were divided into groups and under the supervision of sathish sir,  we wrote a script related to tje topic quadrilateral.  After that we performed it.  It was such a great experience  Finally Satish sir reflected on our performance and gave us the ways to improve the performance

LIFE SKILL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP The workshop conducted on March 6, 2020. The resource person was  Dr.Suresh C Kurup, Department of Zoology,M G College, Thiruvanathapuram.The life skill that we practise in this workshops are as follows: Self-awareness Empathy Critical thinking Creative thinking Decision making Problem Solving Effective communication Interpersonal relationship Coping with stress Coping with emotions It was a very effective workshop and gave us self-confidence
