 KERALA PIRAVI CELEBRATION


Kerala day also referred to as Kerala Piravi, marks the birth of the state of Kerala in southern India. The state of Kerala was created on 1 November 1956, long after the Independence of India.

Our college's Malayalam Department conducted 64th kerala piravi celebration on November 1, 2020. The programme was named as "KAIRALI PYTHRIKAM". The chief guest of this programme was Dr. Suresh Madhav, Assistant Professor, Malayalam Department, NSS College, Pandalam. As part of this programme, there were competitions like pacha malayalam, prashnothari and ganamadhuri. The programme was so good.

  Online Teaching Practice Phase 2                As part of two years B.Ed. curriculum, we had a teaching practice section in the fourth semester. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, we were unable to do the teaching practice. So in order to solve this, we conducted 10 online teaching sections in schools through online mode. The online teaching section was conducted from 28-01-2021 to 05-02-2021.  I took the class for 8th standard students in MTGHS, Kottarakara. I choose google to meet as a platform. The class time was from 6-7.30 in the morning.              It was a different experience to take classes in an online mode. Even though it was difficult to take a class in online mode, students actively participated in the class.
